Slide Valve

Brief Introduction:

Slide valves are mainly used in catalytic cracking unit catalyst circulation pipeline and flue gas pipeline to regulate catalyst circulation and control the pressure difference between the two units. They can also be used in coal chemical industry.

The valve body is lined with a double layer lining （ Thermal insulation lining and wear- resistant lining).

The guide and valve plate adopt CMT automatic welder to surmount 802 alloy.

Packing gland adopts single packing gland double packing seal structure.

The two relative slip lining surfaces of valve plate  and seat  should be grinding process after sintering  

The internal high temperature fastener of valve body is changed from turning to rolling thread to eliminate stress concentration point.
