Swing Pneumatic Check Valve/Back-pressure Valve

Brief Introduction:

Swing pneumatic check valve is mainly installed in the outlet pipe of main fan or supercharger. It is a kind of one-way valve with damping mechanism to prevent medium from countercurrent in accident state.

The valve body adopts the cylinder type three-way structure of integral casting or steel plate welding, full-diameter design, hard facing of sealing surface.

The valve plate and seat can float freely, and the disc always fits with the seat ring when the valve closes.

The valve stem is connected with the cylinder and the cylinder respectively. The weight of the valve plate is balanced by a weight hammer at the end of the valve stem.

Equipped with single-acting spring cylinder and damper cylinder, the valve moves smoothly and without impact during closing process.
