Copper-cored Plastic Wire

Brief Introduction:

Copper-cored plastic wire is PVC insulated cable or PVC insulated and sheathed cable and flexible wire with rated voltage of 450/750V or below, also known as Wiring, mainly used for indoor decoration and so on.

The rated voltage U0/U are 450/750V and 300/500V.

The nominal cross section is 1.5mm2~240mm2. For example, BV-450/750V 6.

The long-term permissible working temperature of the cable and wire is 70℃ or 90℃.

The laying temperature of cable and wire should not be lower than 0℃.The allowable bending radius of cable with outer diameter(D)less than 25 mm should be no less than 4D, and that of cable with outer diameter(D) of 25 mm or more should be no less than 6D.
