Polyether Defoamer

Brief Introduction:

Be widely used for controlling the foams in the petroleum industry.

GENERAL

TRFI-02 crude oil defoamer is a mixture of polyether, high molecule polymer, 800-1000 poly-alkylnol and high flash point solvent. In order to maintain it stable, polyether is added. It can reduce the foaming strength and gather smaller bubbles into bigger ones effectively and finally remove the foam quickly.

 

FUNCTION AND USAGE

TRFI-02 crude oil defoamer can be widely used for controlling the foams in the petroleum industry in wide spread. It could either prevent the foam from producing or remove the existent foams. When it’s used in site, the dosage 10~ 50 mg/L is recommended.

 

APPLICATION

TRFI-02 crude oil defoamer can be injected to system continuously. The actual adding concentration and quantity should be confirmed after gathering the system crude oil sample and test.

 

PACKAGE AND STORAGE

TRFI-02 crude oil defoamer can be stored with proper sealing in 200L galvanized steel barrels, 1000L or 24000L ISO standard tanks which would be maintained at dry and clean places. Two years guarantee period is provided. When exceeding this period, it can still be used after it is qualified with quality inspection.

 

SAFETY

When using, avoid contacting with skin and clothes, workers shall be dressed with exposure suit, and have a good ventilation environment. Immediately washing with clean water when spray on skin and eyes.
