Demulsifier

Brief Introduction:

Be used for emulsion breaking and dehydration of crude oil in oilfield.

TRDM-01 heavy crude demulsifier is mainly composed of Modified cross-linked polyalkyol, high active surfactant and high flash point solvent. It can be dissolved in crude oil and dispersed in high water cut emulsion quickly, possesses the advantages of high speed of dehydration, low dosage and great demulsifying ability at low temperature and it does not stay in the water phase, therefore does not contribute to water pollution. 

 

TRDM-02 waxy crude demulsifier is a non-ionic surfactant, which is polymerized by blocks of epoxy propane and ethylene oxide. Under normal temperature, it is one kind of pale yellow fluid which is classified into water-soluble demulsifier and oil-soluble demulsifier. The water-soluble demulsifier is dissolved in water or ethanol, and can be mixed with water in any proportion, The oil-soluble demulsifier is dissolved in organic solvents such as ethanol, benzene, methylbenzene, etc. 

 

TRDM-03 super crude demulsifier is mainly made from multiple body and branched chain epoxy propane polyether. It can be mutually dissolved with water at any proportion. Compared with conventional oil demulsifiers, its sedimentation and duration required by dehydration time can be decreased by 50%-60% at the same dehydration temperature.
