Corrosion Inhibitor

Brief Introduction:

It is especially suitable for corrosion prevention of natural gas gathering and distribution pipelines etc.

XA-15 natural gas corrosion inhibitor is mainly composed of heterocyclic acylamide with a low boiling point and has good gas-liquid two-phase dispersion. Besides, it can achieve a good effect of prevention against the gas-liquid two-phase comprehensive corrosion caused by the liquidus H2S-H2O system formed by H2S and H2S dissolution in water. Effective concentration of the agent can achieve the corrosion inhibition rate of no less than 95% and control local corrosion effectively. It is especially suitable for corrosion prevention of natural gas gathering and distribution pipelines, compressor stations and oil gas wells with high content of water and H2S.   

 

The corrosion inhibitor#1 for oil-gas gathering and transportation is well dispersed in the oil, water and gas mixing system and can achieve a good effect of inhibiting high partial pressure CO2, H2S and other acidic gases and high-salinity brine from corroding the pipelines for gathering and transportation of oil. The product has good thermal stability and chemical stability.
