Brief Introduction:

It can neutralize the negative electric on the O/W film/interface of oily water effectively.

GENERAL

Oil remover WTOR-2 is mainly composed of positive high molecule weight polymer. It can neutralize the negative electric on the O/W film/interface of oily water effectively with extremely low dosage/concentration.

 

FUNCTIONS

Oil remover WTOR-2 destabilizes the oil-water interface that surrounds each oil particle in the oily water by electric neutralizing, flocculation and coalescing effect.

 

APPLICATION

Oil remover WTOR-2 can be injected to deoiling system continuously. The normal dosage is 5-10mg/L.

 

PACKAGE

Oil remover WTOR-2 can be packed with proper sealing in 200L plastic barrel, 1000L ISO tank or any appointed specification by client. It should be maintained at dry and clean places. The quality guarantee period is 2 years.

SAFETY

Oil remover WTOR-2 is non-poisonous, but should be handled with care. Stay away from fire and heat. Avoid touching skin directly. Stay away from children and prevent swallow. Avoid squeezing, pressing, dropping and contacting with eyes, skin or clothing. Operators must wear working clothes and gloves.
