GENERAL

AZDA-01 is a highly soluble blend of cationic and nonionic surfactants. The recommended concentration is 60-100gal/1000gal of acid. It has a wide range of application temperature from 50⁰F - 250⁰F.

APPLICATION

Stimulation and diversion fluid from the carbonate formation.

The high permeability constrat.

Excellcent system for stimulating sour wells.

Can be bullheaded, especially for vertical and deviated wells.

Emulsified acid or the produced hydrocarbons act as breaker for the fluid and hence, no need of external breakers.

No need of metallic crosslinkers such as Iron or Zironium. This will eliminate the precipitation of these metals as hydroxides on acid spending, and as metal sulfides in the presence of H₂S.

PACKAGE AND STORAGE

AZDA-01 can be stored with proper sealing in 200L galvanized steel barrels or 24000L ISO standard tanks which would be maintained at dry and clean places. Two years guarantee period is provided. When exceeding this period, it can still be used after it is qualified with quality inspection.

SAFETY

AZDA-01 is a toxic material and should be handled with care.When using, avoid contacting with skin and clothes, workers shall be dressed with exposure suit, and have a good ventilation environment. Immediately washing with clean water when spray on skin and eyes.
