Fracturing Proppant

Brief Introduction:

Fracturing proppant is a ceramic particle product with high fracturing strength

Ceramsite has many advantages, including good compressive strength and low crushing rate under high closing pressure, the particle size distribution is uniform, close to perfect roundness and sphericity, stable thermal and chemical properties and high porosity and better conductivity of proppant filling layer.

Features

Good sieve analysis result and tight distribution to produce high conductivity

Good physical and chemical properties

Crush resistance lead a high level all over the world

Application

Applied to deep and ultra deep wells with higher closing pressure

Standards

SY T 5108-2014

API 19C-2018

ISO 13503-2:2006 Petroleum and natural gas industries —Completion fluids and materials

Part 2: Measurement of properties of proppants used in hydraulic fracturing and gravel-packing operations
