Cement Additive For Spacer Fluid

Brief Introduction:

it can displace drilling fluid effectively, preventing the mixing of slurry and drilling fluid.

BCS series spacer additives include suspending agent BCS-040S, thinner BCS-021L and weighting material BCW-600S. Spacer with good properity can be gained by combing the three additives together and it can displace drilling fluid effectively, preventing the mixing of slurry and drilling fluid. It has good compatibility with normal drilling fluid and cement slurry using additives such as G60S, BXF-200L and BCG-200L.

BCS series spacer additives belong to Bingham plastic fluid, they have good water solubility in sea water, salt water and saturated salt water. They can make up brine spacer, and have no bad effect on slurry and normal drilling fluid. BCS-040S and BCS-021L are inorganic-organic composites, while BCS-021L is inorganic composite.
