Sulfomethylated Phenolic Resin

Brief Introduction:

A kind of multi-function drilling fluid agent with high temperature and salt resistance, decreasing filtrate.

SMP for drilling fluid is prepared through the reaction of phenol, sulfonating agent, formaldehyde, spraying and drying. Appearance of the product is grain.

 

SMP for drilling fluid is a kind of multi-function drilling fluid agent with high temperature and salt resistance, decreasing filtrate, improving lubricity and maintaining the stability of uncased sections of borehole.

SMP has good anti high temperature and salt capacity which can be used in saturated salt drilling fluid system beyond 120℃.

 

Liquid SMP shall be packaged in100Kg or 200kg iron barrel. Dry powder product shall be packaged in a polyethylene film bag enclosed in composite-paper bag. Net weight of the product is 25KG per bag.
