Deepwater Cementing Head

Brief Introduction:

Cementing head developed for offshore drilling with the working ability of putting rubber plug and ball. The Cementing Head mainly used for deep water, ultra-deep well and complicated geological conditions to improve the efficiency and quality.

With the self-adaption seal revolving injection head, self-adjustable seal capacity, convenient assemble & disassemble;

Adopted a revolving two-way rubber plug release device with "flange and pillar", allowed a continuous switch from the main flow to the annular channel ,evenly force ,without any impact ,convenient assemble & disassemble and maintenance;

With the remote controlled and manual operation ,safety and reliability ;

Based on the logical interlocking of the multilevel indicator dual mode portable control system, working convenience, high safety ,high reliability.
