Diamond Core Bit

Brief Introduction:

The diamond core bit adopts tungsten carbide matrix and steel frame. The drill adopts parabola, biconical, tapered step top, diamond internal and external gauge.

Suitable for drilling in different formations: Parabolic profiles with medium to heavier tool densities help to achieve better ROP in rock formations with different compressive strength and abrasive layers.

Patented tool: The patented tool optimizes the formula of the diamond layer, and the diamond interface and the thickness of the diamond layer increase the impact resistance and wear resistance to a new level.

Special cutter layout and double-row cutter structure: Helps improve drill performance by using adaptive cutter layouts in different rear frame components. The double-row cutting structure extends the tool layout to increase ROP by improving the abrasion resistance of the drill.

Special recoil: The special recline angle design reduces the drill torque and improves the ROP.

Strengthen the active design: The pressure gauge is reinforced with high pressure resistant material, which can improve the pressure gauge wear.

Balance hydraulic pressure: By matching the volume of rock removed by the cutter on each blade with the proportional fluid flow, the cutting removal and cooling of the drill can be optimized.
