RFCC Catalyst

Brief Introduction:

The FCC refining catalyst, converting the heavy oil into gasoline, diesel and high-value light products, formulates flexibly based on various feed property and end-user’s requirements, that provides technological support for profitability.

The product is RFCC catalyst with compound ultra-stable Y zeolite as activity components. By employing a novel matrix technology, it optimizes pore distribution and acidity distribution, which makes better ability to heavy metal resistance and heavy oil conversion. It decreases the yield of dry gas and coke while maintaining good hydrothermal stability and light oil selectivity. It is suitable for processing feed that is difficult to be cracked such as resid, especially for resid with high content of vanadium, sodium, calcium, and basic nitrogen compounds. Also it is applicable to RFCC unit that requiring lower slurry yield. The catalyst has high activity stability and can be operated under a low c/o ratio.
