FCC Catalyst for Heavy Oil Conversion

Brief Introduction:

The FCC refining catalyst, converting the heavy oil into gasoline, diesel and high-value light products, formulates flexibly based on various feed property and end-user’s requirements, that provides technological support for profitability.

LDO series employ a novel high activity stability Y zeolite as main active component. A composite porous alumina material was applied as binder alumina. Special chemical elements was adopted to modify matrix alumina for pore structure and acidity optimization,in order to improve the ability of heavy oil conversion. LDO series possess moderate density and good performance on attrition index and fluidization, as well as excellent cracking ability to resid molecular. Also this product has excellent heavy metals resistance and higher light oil yield. LDO series are suitable for refineries processing resid and other heavy oil stocks in their FCC feed and requiring for higher heavy oil conversion and lower olefin. Appropriately modulating the recipe, LDO series can be prepared for practical requirements of different FCC units.
