Protective Clothing

Brief Introduction:

Occupational protective clothing used by medical personnel in medical institutions to prevent the transmission of viruses from patients to medical personnel with air or liquid. It Uses PP/PE as the main raw material, Non-sterile, single-use.

Execution standards:

GB 19082-2009 Technical requirements for medical disposable protective clothing.

 Liquid barrier function:

1. Impermeability to water: The hydrostatic pressure of key parts of protective clothing should not be lower than 1.67kPa (17 cm H2O).

2. Moisture permeability: The moisture permeability of protective clothing materials shall not be less than 2500 g/(m2.d).

3. Resistance to synthetic blood penetration: The protective clothing’s resistance to synthetic blood penetration is not lower than the requirements of level 2 in Table 1.

4. Surface moisture resistance: The water level on the outer side of the protective clothing shall not be less than the requirement of level 3.

Breaking strength

The breaking strength of the key parts of the protective clothing should not be less than 45N.

Elongation at break

The elongation at break of the key parts of the protective clothing should not be less than 15%.

Filtration efficiency

The filtration efficiency of non-oily particles in the key parts of the protective clothing and the joints should be not less than 70%.

Antistatic

The charge of protective clothing should not be greater than 0.6 μC/piece.
