Brief Introduction:

Hydraulic coupler is a kind of power source connected to the work machine, by the change of liquid moment of momentum to transfer torque hydraulic transmission device. It is a kind of non-rigid coupling with liquid as working medium.

According to the different purposes, the hydraulic coupler is divided into the general hydraulic coupler, limited torque hydraulic coupler and variable speed hydraulic coupler. Among them, the torque limited hydraulic coupler is mainly used for starting protection of motor reducer and shock protection, position compensation and energy buffer during operation. The variable speed hydraulic coupler is mainly used to adjust the input/output speed ratios, other functions are basically the same as limited torque hydraulic coupler.

It has the function of flexible transmission automatic adaptation.

It has the function of mitigating impact and isolating torsional vibration.

It can improve the starting ability of the power machine and enable it to start with load or no load.

It has the overload protection function to protect the motor and machine from damage when the external load is overloaded.
