Direct Drive Drawworks

Brief Introduction:

As an important part of the new generation drilling rig hoisting system, the series direct drive drawworks is an AC variable frequency single-shaft drawworks directly driven by an AC variable frequency motor.

Adopt the special direct drive motor and control system for the drawworks with proprietary intellectual property drilling rights, which is mature technology.

The direct drive drawworks adopts two low-speed high-torque AC variable frequency motors to directly drive the drawworks drum, with short transmission chain, simple structure and high transmission efficiency.

It can be transported by one vehicle without disassembling components, which saves on-site disassembly and assembly workload, with a small size. The drawworks base and shield are made of light alloy material, with light weight and convenient transportation.

The direct drive drawworks has no reduction gearbox or independent automatic driller, which reduces the floor area and facilitates maintenance, with low operating costs.

There are few motor specifications. Only two specifications (1000kW / 1500kW) of motor combine can be used to cover 5,000m/7,000m/8,000m/9,000m series drilling rig drawworkses, which greatly reduces the management and inventory costs.
