Direct Drive Mud Pump

Brief Introduction:

As a significant component of a new generation of the drilling rig, the series direct drive mud pump is a mud circulation equipment designed for well drilling and workover modules.

Adopt the special variable frequency direct drive motor and control system for the mud pump with proprietary intellectual property rights, which features mature technology.

The enclosure of the motor stator is fixed to the enclosure of the mud pump through the connecting flange. Adopting the hollow shaft structure, the rotator is connected to the input shaft of the mud pump through the universal coupling. Featuring simple structure, it has no belt transmission gear comparing with the conventional mud pump and its transmission efficiency is improved by more than 6%.

Featuring light weight and convenient transportation, it can be transported by one vehicle without disassembling components, which saves on-site disassembling and assembling workload.

Without a belt or a chain transmission device, it features less floor coverage, maintenance free and low operation cost.

With less motor specifications, two specifications (600kW/850kW) of motor combinations can cover all-series mud pumps (800 to 2200HP), reducing management and inventory costs greatly.

Featuring wide application scope, it is applicable for various new and old mud pumps.
